WHY IT'S ON OUR HIT PARADE: While it eclipses Toyota's Camry Hybrid in stated EPA mileage, it's got the cool factor cornered as well. It's entertaining to drive, offers a reconfigurable dash display (drive green and grow leaves on trees!), and has a nearly full-size trunk.
COOL FACT: Ford's hybrid sedan can operate up to 47 mph in EV mode-if driven very gently.
SUM UP: Ford isn't playing the hybrid catch-up game any longer.
