"Used the Equator to take a load of furniture and boxes to my new apartment," notes associate Web producer Scott Evans, "and I was pleasantly surprised at how much this truck can hold. I had boxes stacked floor-to-ceiling in the rear seats and a full load of tables, chairs, and more boxes in the bed, and the truck took it like a champ. I wasn't hauling bags of rocks or anything, but the Equator was still weighed down and it didn't seem to bother the engine one iota. I thought the bed-extender was just going to get in the way, but it ended up being very useful and allowed me to get even more stuff in the bed safely." Senior photographer Brian Vance notes, "This truck feels every bit as good as the Toyota Tacoma benchmark."
