The centennial edition of the Chicago Auto Show, the second stop on the annual auto show world tour, retains its place as the biggest show in North America in terms of sheer square footage. Though McCormick Place doesn't host the overwhelming number of world debuts that come to Detroit's Cobo hall, Chicago's convention center still plays host to a number of notable debuts.
This year's Chicago Auto Show is headlined by the long-awaited production model of the 2008 Dodge Challenger. Opening acts include a handful of new rides from GM, the launch of the lightweight, high-power YES! Roadster, and the Nissan-built Suzuki Equator truck.
