First Drive: 2007 Saturn Sky
Opel Gt Concept
Kappa Heads For Europe
One wonders how many more times GM vice chairman Bob Lutz will pull the silk off the same car. Here he is again, at this year's Geneva auto show, revealing the Opel version of this roadster that began life as the Solstice concept in 2002. The GT boasts the GXP/Redline's 260-horse, turbocharged Ecotec, a six-speed manual trans, and sportier suspension tuning. A naturally aspirated version will likely also be offered, as with the American-market versions. Will there be a British-market Vauxhall version, too? That's possible if there's demand, but the investment and the amount of work required to convert the platform to right-hand drive are considerable. The Opel GT comes to several European markets as a 2007 model.
