The Acura's been all over the country, but the real test was driving it through a snowstorm--the nastiest weather he'd seen in years, according to associate editor Brian Vance. Not once did he hesitate to travel because he knew the AWD system was up to the task. He said it was fun to watch the SH-AWD display on the dash shift the power around from front-to-rear and side-to-side while blazing through the snow. Sometimes it would do some unconventional shifting, such as sending all the power to the rear in the slippery slush, but regardless, the car always kept moving forward.
