We took our Tacoma for its 20K service and had the technicians check some light pulsation felt during braking. They measured the lateral runout on the front discs and found them out of spec, so they were machined and fresh pads were installed, all under warranty. We've noted a bit more wind noise, mostly from around the Access Cab rear doors. And more squeaks and rattles have surfaced as the miles have piled up.The powertrain is fine, and the overall impression of a tough truck remains, but there've been more quality niggles than we expected --especially from Toyota.
