2006 Infiniti M45

Almost every logbook entry comments on the pull of the M45's engine. We like how it makes for quick consumption of long stretches of asphalt, such as those we encountered between Los Angeles and Phoenix during a visit to the Bob Bondurant School of High-Performance Driving.

The engine has an aggressive growl that's muffled just enough not to drown interior conversation. One editor has driven it to Santa Barbara three times and comments that "every time it felt like mere minutes on the road."
