Aston's next car is the DBS, previewed by James Bond in last fall's 007 movie, "Casino Royale." Strip off some of the polished jewelry and the racing buckets, and your new DBS is ready. Engine is a 520-horsepower version of Aston's 6.0-liter V-12. Bigger brakes and 20-inch wheels, plus firmer suspension complete the transformation.
The DBS isn't a Vanquish replacement, as it'll be about 25 percent cheaper and still related to the DB9 2+2. The Vanquish's successor comes in about three years, after the intro of the Rapide four-door.
