Another dealer visit was needed to exchange a passenger-side muffler that was inoperative in sport mode. We'd already replaced the one on the driver's side; both were covered under warranty. Rear tires on 911s tend to wear out in about 15,000 miles, as did ours, and with our lapping of Laguna Seca for a story, the same thing happened to the fronts. Our friends at the Tire Rack got us a replacement set, quickly. Perfect timing: The next logbook entry indicates, "Driving late one night, I kept this beauty at triple digits as often as I could for well over three hundred miles."
